Madi has overall 25 years professional experience in Business Processes and Human Resources. In her current role, Madi is the leader of the People Performance service area of Duja Consulting. This service area comprises four service lines within the talent management space, namely recruitment, technical skills development, leadership and behavioural skills development and the assessment solutions, which includes competency based assessments, leadership assessments and psychometric assessments. The product suite also includes team assessments and wellness assessments.
Madi’s unit focusses on recruiting permanent and temporary staff, providing assessment services, and transferring and embedding of job specific skills with delegates from both private and public sector clients.
With more than 20 years’ recruitment experience, Amanda has lead her team of recruitment consultants to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions on small and large scale to numerous private sector and public sector clients.
She provides the full recruitment suite of services, including headhunting for senior positions, providing a suite of assessment tools, providing all required checks, such as criminal, credit and qualification checks.
Her clients include Wesbank, African Bank, SASSA, SAQA, SEDA and numerous other organisations.
