Julie leads the Development Dimensions International Team within Duja Consulting Talent Solutions. She has more than 15 years professional experience in Recruitment Re-engineering, Assessment, Competency Modelling, Leadership Development and Succession Planning. She enables organisations to win the war for talent and manage their people for strategic advantage. She has a proven record providing talent management solutions for clients that effectively link strategy, people and organisational performance.

Julie implements account management activities to increase penetration and expansion across various clients in different industry sectors. She has deep knowledge of DDI solutions and is therefore able to consult round the most appropriate solution for clients, providing excellent ROI results.

Christelle Hargroves

With more than 15 years’ recruitment experience, Christelle has lead her team of recruitment consultants to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions on small and large scale to numerous private sector and public sector clients.

Focusing on e-solutions, the service line has various technology solutions in the recruitment and assessment space, most of which have been designed and built by Christelle’s team of experts and is licenced exclusively to us.

Christelle’s team also provides the full recruitment suite of services, including headhunting for senior positions, providing a suite of assessment tools, providing all required checks, such as criminal, credit and qualification checks.

The assessment solutions include competency based assessments, leadership assessments and psychometric assessments. The product suite also includes integrity assessments, team assessments and wellness assessments.
