A 2026 Board Checklist that can’t be Delegated

- Which fraud schemes, by name, are we most exposed to in the next 12 months?
- Where in procurement do we expect contestation—and are our records daylight-ready?
- What evidence shows that payroll and supplier master files are clean?
- Which third parties carry our reputational risk, and how will we know if that changes?
- Which learning investments will we stop because behaviour didn’t move?
- Which youth employment initiatives will lead to real roles, not headlines?
- If our biggest decision were litigated, would our process survive disclosure?
Make time for uncomfortable answers now.
They get dearer, both financially and reputationally, the longer you wait.
