Since 2018, Duja Consulting has proudly partnered with Fasset (Finance and Accounting Services Seta) to roll out structured work experience programmes that bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. We support candidates from all backgrounds—matriculants, TVET college students, and university graduates—by providing more than just placement. Our hands-on approach includes workplace readiness training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure that every participant is well-equipped for success.

“While I was still your learner, I quietly enrolled at Johannesburg Business School, thanks to the support I received from Duja Consulting and NEASA. The stipend I received (which was funded by Fasset (Finance and Accounting Services Seta)), along with your encouragement, helped me cover my registration fees and transport, making it possible for me to pursue this qualification.
Although my host employer didn’t fully absorb me, the extra year of work experience proved invaluable—it helped me qualify for JBS. Without it, I wouldn’t have met the criteria, been able to afford registration, or kept my account active to access my results.
